Air Joy UI

I'm always looking for new tools to use in my design process. A while ago, a good friend (also UI Designer) recommended taking a look at Affinity Designer. So using Affinity Tools, I made this fictional game UI mock-up as an exercise, and to evaluate the software capacities. I was impressed with some features, but annoyed when the software didn't have tools in places I was expecting to. Of course, we have expectations from previous experience about how tools should work, and I carry a baggage of using Adobe software and Figma for years now. The experience, was super positive and I'll be using Affinity tools for future projects here and there. The 3d background was rendered in Unreal Engine and Blender. 3d models were made by my friend Victor Hugo Borges. Everything was authored and composed in Affinity Designer and Affinity Photo.
